I feel comfortable now going out without having putting on alot of makeup to cover those issues, just a little concealer & power and I'm good, no more heavy makeup base. <br />I was able to leave this on my skin starting at 3 minutes I am now up to 5, it does have a mild sting to it, didn't have much redness and what was there was better by morning. I did used a mix of about a tablespoon of baking soda in a cup of water for a neutralizer which did help, I splashed it on my skin after rinsing product off, left it sit for a minute or two then rinsed that off. My skin is sensitive to alot of products, but wasn't overly irritated by this, what I would say would be acceptable. My skin didn't flake, appear overly dry or "peel" and I used the Dandelion moisturizer from Better Botanicals afterwards. <br />My skin is improving and hope the age spots start to fade a bit more. I would recommend this product, but everyone's skin is different, and do a test patch to figure out the tolerance for your skin. <br />Also I am a VERY picky on products I use for my skin, this so far is making a difference in the right direction and I will continue to use it! If you use the product you will notice a change in your skin that is unlike anything you will have experienced before. It will become more supple, and lines will soften…your skin will begin to have a dewiness that it lost.

Other reviewers will skim the product info and say that it is made from aborted fetal cells, however what you must realize is that this is not completely true. Ignorance to the science and technology involved (similar to how they make modern insulins)and just reading a few words, rather than understanding the full depth of description, leads those to assume they are spreading aborted fetal cells on their faces.

The vibrations are a bit more hardcore than with the Wave, but since this is considered a microdermabrasion kit, I think that's to be expected. Another difference is that this one isn't water resistent, whereas the Wave cleanser is. If you're looking for a product that you can use in the shower, you might want to go with the Wave instead. However, if you're sick of shelling out $150 for professional microdermabrasion, the HSR will save you some money and produce nearly perfect results. It provides gentle exfoliation without overly drying my skin and leaves no hint of redness or irritation. The vibrations are a bit more hardcore than with the Wave, but since this is considered a microdermabrasion kit, I think that’s to be expected. Another difference is that this one isn’t water resistent, whereas the Wave cleanser is. If you’re looking for a product that you can use in the shower, you might want to go with the Wave instead. However, if you’re sick of shelling out $150 for professional microdermabrasion, the HSR will save you some money and produce nearly perfect results. It leaves my skin shiny and smooth even when used only twice a week.

One thing I really like about this serum is that when i get a pimple and pop it, then apply the serum and go to sleep, it's kinda amazing to see the pimple diminish in its color and size. I never thought a moisturizer (esp. not a anti-acne moisturizer) do that. WEIGHTLESS SERUM

Neutrogena’s Oil-Free Moisture is GREAT for combination skin. They do have another formula for sensitive skin (Neutrogena Moisture Oil Free Formula, Sensitive Skin – 4 fl oz) but if you have sensitive combo skin like I do, this product will mostly likely work well for you, too. It’s fragrance free and non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores) like most sensitive skin products. I wash my face in the morning and in the evening and use this moisturizer afterward both times.
